At Retropia, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Return Eligibility & Timeframe
We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- Proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email) must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions
Certain types of items cannot be returned for hygienic or safety reasons, including:
- Customized or personalized products.
- Perishable goods or personal care items.
- Gift cards and downloadable items.
- Items marked as final sale or clearanced.
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, please contact us at retropialensshop@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. Our customer support team will evaluate your request and provide you with detailed instructions on where and how to send your package.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
4. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning an item unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Return shipping fees are non-refundable.
5. Refunds Process
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately at retropialensshop@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
